Melinda is our Student Support & Development Coordinator and plays a key role behind the scenes. She brings a diverse skill set to the team, with experience managing multiple Starbucks locations, working as an Advertising Assistant with the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, and supporting operations at an accounting firm.

She works closely with Elisha to recruit prospective students, support them through training, and prepare them for graduation and job placement. Melinda also contributes across a range of administrative functions, including supporting our fundraising efforts.

Outside of work, Melinda enjoys spending time with her two daughters, her three dogs, and working in her yard.
