  • Jumpstart provides 290 hours of related technical instruction, reducing the employer's training burden.

  • Employers provide 2,000 hours of structured, supervised on-the-job learning.

  • Develop skilled technicians through mentorship, progressive wages, and nationally recognized apprenticeship credentials.
