Shawn McHargue is the co-founder of the Jumpstart Automotive Training Center and helped establish the organization’s hands-on approach to automotive training and student development.

With experience in both the automotive and nonprofit sectors, Shawn contributed to the early growth of Jumpstart’s training programs and workforce development mission. He earned multiple ASE and Hunter Alignment certifications and graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Public Administration and a minor in Nonprofit Management.
